Cookie Policy
joinrai.com and the R.ai customer dashboard use a small set of cookies to operate the service and understand how the site is used. This policy lists every one.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies allow the site to remember you (so you don't have to sign in on every page load) and to measure how the site is used. R.ai classifies its cookies as either strictly necessary or analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality such as signing in.

3. Analytics cookies
These cookies measure how the marketing site and dashboard are used so we can improve them. They do not identify you to third-party advertising networks.

4. How to opt out
- Strictly necessary cookies. These cannot be disabled, because the Service cannot operate without them. If you do not wish to accept them, do not use the Service.
- Analytics cookies. R.ai honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out from analytics processing. When your browser or extension asserts GPC, our analytics SDK is never initialised on the page at all: no analytics cookie is written, no page view or click is captured, no session is recorded, and no request is made to our analytics provider. You may also block cookies from
posthog.comin your browser settings, or use any standard ad/tracker blocker. - Clear cookies manually. Every modern browser provides a setting to view and delete cookies on a per-site basis. Clearing R.ai cookies will sign you out of the dashboard.
5. Changes
R.ai will update this policy if the cookies in use change. The effective date above reflects the current revision.
